Regina Borden

Regina Borden, CPA, PMP, is an experienced operations leader with extensive expertise in commercial lending and account services. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Operations at BHI since November 2021, Regina oversees multiple functions including Cash Management and Treasury Services. Prior roles include SVP and Director of Commercial Loan Operations at Webster Bank, where responsibilities encompassed a $12B portfolio, and a consulting role that focused on enhancing operational processes in Commercial Loan Operations. Regina has also held senior positions at Sterling National Bank and GE Capital, where responsibilities spanned various aspects of lending operations and strategic projects, including managing significant portfolios and driving process improvements. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
