Joni Yang has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and Compliance, currently serving as the Information Technology & Compliance Director at Bhinneka Life Indonesia since January 2017. Prior to this role, Joni held multiple positions at PT. AXA Services Indonesia from 2006 to 2016, including Head Of Information Technology Business Engagement and Project Management, where responsibilities included managing demand from business users and overseeing project management teams across various insurance and asset management sectors. Earlier career experiences include senior management positions at PT MLC Life Indonesia and roles as a system analyst and programmer in the 1990s. Joni holds a degree in Information System from BINUS University.
