Esha Ranjan

Esha Ranjan is a highly experienced professional in project management and design with a strong background in leading major projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Projects Officer at BHIVE Workspace since June 2025, Esha effectively oversees project execution, design, and procurement to create innovative spaces. Previous roles include Director of Design, Procurement, and Projects at Incuspaze, and VP Projects at Smartworks. Notable contributions occurred during tenure at IKEA, where Esha managed the design and execution of a large-scale mixed-use development. Esha's career also includes significant positions at Laureate International Universities, M Moser Associates, DWP Interics, and Adrianse. Esha holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the Institute of Environmental Design and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
