Arindam Banerjee

Arindam Banerjee is an accomplished project and engineering manager with extensive experience in the mining and minerals sector, currently serving as a Principal Project at BHP since October 2024. Previously held roles include Package Manager at BCI Minerals and Project Manager at Fortescue, where a focus was placed on integrating technical requirements with business operations to drive green fleet development projects. During a long tenure at BHP from 2010 to 2021, Arindam held multiple positions, including Project Superintendent and Electrical Engineering Manager, overseeing significant projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
