Babette Graham

Babette Graham is the Global Head of Leadership Development at BHP, responsible for cultivating leadership development initiatives globally across all organizational levels. Prior to this role, Babette served as a Consultant at Mobius Executive Leadership and Corporate Evolution Pty Ltd, and worked as a People & Culture Consultant and Executive Coach at Graham Advisory. Babette held several key positions at KPMG Australia, including Director of Capability Leadership and Talent, Director of Leadership Talent and Coaching, and Director of Learning and Organisational Effectiveness, where a strong emphasis was placed on adult development principles, adaptive leadership, and creating a supportive learning ecosystem. Babette holds two PhDs in Organisational Psychology from HEC Paris and the University of Cologne.
