Breanna Cameron is an experienced professional in underground mining, currently serving as an Alt. Underground Manager and Production Superintendent at BHP since September 2020, overseeing the safety and well-being of personnel while managing nickel production. Breanna has a strong background including roles at GOLD FIELDS as an Underground Mining Engineer, where responsibilities included continuous improvement projects and optimization of stope designs. Previous experience includes roles at Independence Group as an Underground Mining Engineer, contributing to stope analysis and geotechnical inspections, and early positions as a Mobile Plant Operator and a Vacation Blast Crew member. Breanna holds a Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering from Curtin University and multiple engineering degrees from Edith Cowan University, including a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical studies.
