Darren D'Souza

Darren D'Souza is an experienced accounting and financial governance professional currently serving as the Head of Accounting and Reporting, Global Business Services and Head of Global Financial Governance at BHP since August 2019. Prior to this role, Darren worked at EY from March 2007 to July 2019, where Darren held the position of Director in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, as well as a BSc in Mathematical Sciences and a BComm in Finance from Curtin University, both completed between 2003 and 2006.
