Irene Schlechter Kutscher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, specializing in Inclusion and Diversity, Leadership, and Cultural Transformation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant for BHP and as a Mentor and Founder of "The Future of Talent" at Endeavor, Irene has a track record of fostering digital innovation and addressing human capital trends.
