Cameron McConahy

Cameron McConahy, MBA, CSP has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in roles related to directorship and management. Cameron began their career at Kawneer Company in 2000 as a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator. Cameron then moved on to Indalex Aluminum Solutions where they worked as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager from 2003 to 2004. Following this, they joined Alcoa as a Business Unit EHS Manager in the Southeast Region from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they returned to Indalex Aluminum Solutions as a Human Resources Manager until 2008. Cameron then joined Zekelman Industries as a Human Resources Manager and was later promoted to Director of Human Resources. In 2013, they joined JMC Steel Group as the Director of Human Resources, Benefits, and Labor Relations, a position they held until 2015.

Cameron McConahy, MBA, CSP completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management and Human Resources, which they completed from 2012 to 2014, also at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
