Jad Vodopija is the current Chief People Officer at BHP. Jad has been with BHP in various capacities for over 20 years. Most recently, Jad served as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2008 to 2016. In this role, Jad was responsible for leading a team of 40 Human Resources professionals and providing end-to-end Human Resources functional support for a variety of corporate support teams and Marketing organisations.

Jad began their career with Ford Motor Company in 1997 as an Employee Relations Coordinator. Jad held this position until 2000 when they joined BHP.

Jad is a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated HR solutions to best enable business outcomes.

Jad Vodopija has a Masters of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in Industrial Relations and Human Resources. They also have a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Melbourne in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management. Lastly, they have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne in Political Science and Ecomomic Jad'story.
