Kaitlyn Anderson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience at BHP since February 2012, serving in various managerial and engineering roles including Manager of Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, HSE - Asset Systems Manager, and Business Improvement Manager - Production Execution. Kaitlyn has successfully led significant projects such as the Stacker Reclaimer Replacement Project at Hay Point Coal Terminal and developed local shutdown management frameworks. With expertise in project management, contractor oversight, and maintenance strategy implementation, Kaitlyn has effectively managed multi-disciplinary teams and ensured operational reliability. Prior to BHP, Kaitlyn gained engineering experience as a vacation student at Hatch and Rio Tinto, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Queensland University of Technology.
