Kristy Johnson

Kristy Johnson, MHRM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as Principal Leadership Development at BHP since May 2020, Kristy has also held the roles of Specialist Leadership Development and Specialist Talent Acquisition - OS within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an HR Advisor at Downer Australia and a Recruitment Advisor at Downer MEI. Kristy began their career as a Learning Support Assistant at St James Catholic Primary School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resource Management from The University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
