Loreto Cuevas Ugalde

Loreto Cuevas Ugalde is a civil mining engineer with experience at BHP as a Specialist Control CIO since March 2023 and previously as an Ingeniero Trainee at Enaex from August 2022 to February 2023. Loreto also completed a project at Universidad Católica del Norte, focusing on laboratory studies of the effects of discontinuities on the strength of intact rock samples, serving as a Memorista from August to December 2021. Additionally, Loreto gained practical experience at BHP as a university intern in early 2021. Loreto holds a degree in civil mining engineering from Universidad Católica del Norte, obtained in December 2021.
