Phil Arndt is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits industry, currently serving as Shareholder Employee Benefits Employee Education Leader and HRIS Consultant at BHS Insurance Agency since April 2002. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of President at Western Michigan Underwriters Inc. from February 1981 to April 2002, managing employee benefit services for small to medium-sized companies. Earlier in Phil's career, a supervisory role at United Parcel Service involved overseeing the daily sorting operations from January 1978 to December 1980. Phil's educational background includes studies at Grand Valley State University and Grand Rapids Community College.
