Michael Cooper

Michael Cooper is an experienced Training Specialist with a robust background in instructional design and content development. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at BHS Corrugated North America since October 2023 and at Help at Home, LLC since August 2020, Michael has also worked with various clients, including Peoples Gas and the National Restaurant Association, from August 2006 to August 2020. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Peoples Gas and E-learning Developer at the National Restaurant Association. Michael's expertise lies in transforming complex information from subject matter experts into accessible training materials, including e-learning and instructor-led training. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Alabama, earned in 2009.
