Santosh Mapari

Santosh Mapari has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol (BHTC) since July 2011, after holding various managerial roles including Deputy General Manager and Manufacturing Manager. Prior to BHTC, Santosh worked at Tata Yazaki Autocomps Ltd from February 2008 to July 2011, contributing as Deputy Manager in Production Engineering and as Assistant Manager in Process Engineering, focusing on production assembly and process improvements. Additionally, experience includes a role as Assistant Engineer at PRICOL LTD from October 2005 to February 2008, where responsibilities included establishing assembly lines and conducting process capability studies. Santosh holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's Polytechnic, Pune, completed from 1997 to 2000, and completed secondary education at SSNVRS from 1986 to 1995.
