Gaetano Lattanzi

Gaetano Lattanzi, MBA has extensive experience in the banking and legal sectors. Gaetano is currently the Head of Non Performing Loans and Chief Legal Officer | Risk Management at BHW Bausparkasse AG, Italian branch, which is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG. In this role, they are responsible for managing a €2.8 billion non-core loans portfolio and focuses on strategy, collections performance, asset disposals, collection process reengineering, and recovery performance. Gaetano is also the CEO of ReoCo Stelvio Immobiliare.

Prior to their current role, Lattanzi served as the General Counsel and Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Clear Leisure PLC, a Private Equity fund listed on the London Stock Exchange. Gaetano was also a Senior Legal Advisor to the CEO at First Atlantic Real Estate NPL SpA and chief audit executive at Eurocredit 99 SpA.

Lattanzi's earlier experience includes serving as the General Counsel at NPL SpA - Non Performing Loans, where they provided support to the board of directors in M&A NPL portfolio transactions. Gaetano also worked as a legal counsel at Archon Group, a NPL recovery platform, and Banca Intesa.

Lattanzi began their career as a praticante avvocato at de Eccher & Andermarcher Law Firm. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in risk management, legal counsel, strategy development, and portfolio management in the banking and financial sectors.

Gaetano Lattanzi, MBA, pursued their education in a methodical manner, focusing on finance and law. Gaetano began their academic journey in 1993 and completed it in 1998 at the Università di Trento, where they obtained a degree in Giurisprudenza. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended SDA Bocconi and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance.
