Chanée Franklin Minor

Chanee Franklin Minor is currently the Principal/CEO of bhyv Consulting LLC and serves as a Member of the California Advisory Committee at the United States Commission on Civil Rights. Prior to her current roles, she held positions such as Executive Director at the Rent Adjustment Program in the City of Oakland, Commissioner at the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and Senior Staff Attorney at the Rent Stabilization Program in the City of Berkeley. She also founded Chanee Franklin Minor Consulting, offering services on California Landlord/Tenant Law and Rent Stabilization Policy and Programs. With a background in law from Cornell Law School, she has a strong educational foundation in Political Science and French from UCLA, along with a Master's degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford.
