Devora Weinstock Kove

Devora Weinstock Kove is a Jewish Studies Teacher at Bi-Cultural Hebrew Academy since August 2024. Prior to this role, Devora Kove served as the Regional Director for Northeast NCSY from July 2012 to July 2024, where responsibilities included implementing organizational goals and acting as the key spokesperson for the region. Additional positions held at NCSY comprised Regional Coordinator for Upstate NY, Director of Programs for New England NCSY, and Advisor & Programs Coordinator. Devora Kove's educational background includes a Master's in Jewish Education from Yeshiva University (2023-2025), a Certificate in Jewish Education & Leadership from WITS/Maalot Baltimore (2020-2021), a Graduate Program in Advanced Talmudic Studies from Yeshiva University (2012-2014), and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in Economics from Yeshiva University (2009-2012). Early education includes attendance at Migdal Oz and Yeshiva University High School for Girls.
