Evencio Fernandez

Evencio Fernandez has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Evencio currently serves as the Vice President of Hardware Engineering at BI Incorporated since 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of CTO at Bullitt Group Ltd from 2016 onwards, where they were responsible for engineering, quality, sourcing, pre-sales technical service, and managing ODM partners.

Before joining Bullitt Group Ltd, Fernandez worked at Lenovo from 2014 to 2016 as the VP of Outsourcing Procurement for Motorola Mobility. In this role, they managed $2.5 billion in outsourcing of Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) for mobile phones and handled commercial decisions and suppliers in multiple countries.

From 2012 to 2014, Fernandez worked at Google as the VP of Procurement for Motorola Mobility. Evencio oversaw $2.0 billion in outsourcing of Original Design and Manufacturing (ODM) and Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) for mobile phones and accessories.

Prior to their time at Google, Fernandez had an extensive career at Motorola, starting in 1987. Evencio held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Procurement at Motorola Mobility and Director of Mechanical Category Manager in Procurement at Motorola Solutions. Evencio also served as the Senior Operations Manager in Chihuahua, Mexico, overseeing the start-up of a consumer electronics manufacturing facility.

In the late 1970s to early 1980s, Fernandez pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University.
