Oleg Skulkin

Oleg Skulkin is an experienced professional in the field of cyber threat intelligence and digital forensics. Currently serving as the Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence at BI.ZONE since March 2023, Oleg previously held various roles at Group-IB from October 2017 to March 2023, including Head of the Digital Forensics and Incident Response Team and Senior Digital Forensics Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position as a Digital Forensics Examiner at the Criminal Expertise Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation from December 2011 to September 2017, where Oleg specialized in computer, mobile, memory, malware, and DVR forensics. Oleg holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from VEGU Academy and a Ph.D. in Linguistic Theory from Sochi State University, where studies were completed between 2010 and 2016.
