María Lucía Hernández Correa has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. María lucía started their career as a Private Math and English Tutor, where they taught children between 8 and 14 years old. María lucía then worked at Crystal S.A.S as a Color and Supplies Developer, where they coordinated the development of color and supplies for garments. After that, they joined Viva Air as a Customer Experience Analyst, focusing on enhancing the customer experience. María lucía then worked at Crystal SAS as a Product Developer, followed by roles at JOKR, where they served as an Area Manager and later as a Control Tower Lead, responsible for coordinating teams and ensuring smooth operations. Currently, they work at Bia as an Operations Planning and Installs Manager, where they are in charge of making installation forecasts, elaborate plans, coordinate equipment installation, and prepare purchasing plans.
