Sebastian Cajamarca is the Head of Data & Founding Team at Bia. Prior to this, they were the Head of Data Science at Mercadoni, Co-Founder and CTO at Ruedata, and a Data Scientist at Rappi. Sebastian has also worked as a statistical consultant for the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Sebastian is a data driven product builder and game changer who has revolutionized the way people shop for groceries in Latin America. Sebastian is passionate about reducing churn and optimizing tire consumption to reduce the carbon footprint of vehicles.

Sebastian Cajamarca reports to Sebastian Ruales, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Manuel Duque Parra - Head of Growth & Founding Team, Manuel Rodríguez Velasco - Head of Finance & Founding Team, and Diego Suarez - Head of Engineering & Founding Team.
