Ousmane Mbaye

Ousmane Mbaye is an experienced professional in planning and management within the field of logistics and supply chain. Currently serving as an Assistant Supervisor in Planning at BIA since January 2020, Ousmane has obtained a Certificate of Achievement in ERP SAP and is recognized as a Key User in Service & Maintenance and Sales & Distribution modules. Responsibilities include training end-users, tracking customer spare parts orders, managing service request files, and overseeing job openings and closures. Prior to this, Ousmane worked as a Stock Manager at BIA Dakar from January 2015 to January 2018, where SAP training was undertaken, and was also involved in quality management principles under ISO 9001:2015. Earlier experience includes working as Assistant Purchasing Manager at Phosphates de Thiès, part of the Tolsa Group, from March 2012 to March 2013.
