Biagon creates machine learning solutions to empower drug developers for GPCR-targeting campaigns. Our proprietary approach discovers the conformational space of a specific GPCR target and uncovers the molecular mechanisms of agonism, partial agonism, biased agonism, antagonism, inverse agonism, etc. From studying the conformational space, we can accurately predict the signaling efficacy (Emax values), for multiple signaling pathways. We strive to push campaigns towards the desired signaling profile and maximized therapeutic outcomes.
