William Done

William Done has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. William is currently the Director of Engineering – Amplification at Biamp starting from August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Engineering Officer at Crystalaid Manufacture from March 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Grabba, including Chief Engineering Officer, General Manager Engineering, and Group Engineering Manager from October 2020 to August 2021. From September 2019 to October 2020, they were the Head of Hardware Engineering at Burrana, leading the hardware new product development for the Aerospace industry. From September 2018 to September 2019, they worked at Biamp as the Director of Engineering - Hardware and as the Engineering Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Hardware Engineering Services Manager and as a Hardware Engineer from October 2016 to September 2018 and from June 2008 to September 2016, respectively. William started their career at Triasx (now Kaelus) as a Hardware and Embedded Firmware Engineer from December 2006 to June 2008 and at AXA Design as a Research and Design Engineer from December 2005 to June 2008.

William Done completed their Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics Engineering from Griffith University, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. William later pursued a Master of Business and Technology degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at UNSW, where they studied from 2016 to 2019.
