Crystal L. Miller

Crystal L. Miller is the Chief Learning Officer & Organizational Strategist at BiasSync. Crystal has over fifteen years of experience in leadership development, teaching, and organizational consulting.

Crystal began their career as an Instructor at YogaSix, where they taught vinyasa yoga for six years. Crystal then transitioned into the role of Organizational Consultant & Researcher at Valencore Consulting, where they worked with clients to develop their organizational capabilities and effectiveness. After two years at Valencore, Crystal took on the role of Facilitator/Consultant at The Leadership Institute, where they facilitated workshops and consulted with clients on leadership development.

In their current role as Chief Learning Officer & Organizational Strategist at BiasSync, Crystal is responsible for providing strategic direction to the company's learning and development initiatives. Crystal also designs and implements professional learning and leadership programs, and partners with external institutions and stakeholders to provide the best possible learning experience for BiasSync employees.

Crystal L. Miller has a Ph.D. from the University of San Diego in Leadership Studies, an M.A. in Leadership from San Diego State University-California State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Wagner College. Crystal is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.
