Crystal also designs and implements professional learning and leadership programs, and partners with external institutions and stakeholders to provide the best possible learning experience for BiasSync employees.

Crystal L. Miller has a Ph.D. from the University of San Diego in Leadership Studies, an M.A. in Leadership from San Diego State University-California State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Wagner College. Crystal is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.
