Inna Lyubykh

Inna Lyubykh is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in personnel selection and management. Currently serving as the Group Leader for Personnel Selection at SIBUR since January 2024, Inna previously held key roles at Rusagro, including Expert in Key Personnel Selection and Human Resources Manager from October 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Inna worked as a Human Resources Manager at Gravion Group and Tridika (DОМ РФ), as well as at kari, demonstrating a continuous focus on personnel management since entering the field in 2017. Inna began a career in sales with KORTING from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the Russian State Agrarian University and further studies at АНО НАДПО.
