Sergey Kiryasov is a seasoned petroleum and petrochemical engineer with extensive experience in production efficiency and process optimization. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Production Efficiency Department at SIBUR since April 2017, Sergey has a strong background in operation efficiency R&D management, technological process simulation, and R&D portfolio management. Prior to SIBUR, Sergey worked at EY on performance improvement projects within the oil and gas sector and held various leadership roles at ОАО Саратовский НПЗ, focusing on operational efficiency and continuous improvement systems. Sergey also has experience in production planning and optimization from tenure at TNK-BP. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in chemical technology from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, along with military training in fuel service.
