Zaki Ilhaam Muhammad is an experienced professional currently serving as Customer Experience Lead at Bibit.id since January 2021, following a role as Customer Experience Specialist. Previously, Zaki held the position of Chairman at Sharia Economic Forum from August 2017 to September 2020, where oversight of over 20 educational projects and the development of 36 staff led to 18 national-level achievements. Zaki also served as Head of HR Department, determining educational curricula and addressing organizational challenges.
