Monifa Brown

Monifa Brown, CDP®, is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in customer experience leadership. Currently serving as a Sr Customer Experience Lead at Ergobaby since November 2017, Monifa previously held the position of Customer Experience Associate at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Supervisor at the University of California, Los Angeles from May 2013 to December 2017 and as a Client Services Representative at The Honest Company from September 2016 to October 2017. Monifa holds a degree from Iona University, attended from 2000 to 2005, and completed early education at the Convent of the Sacred Heart from 1992 to 2000.
