Bill Wittmer

Bill Wittmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment, information technology, and ministry. Since January 2017, Bill has been self-employed as a landlord and real estate investor, focusing on the acquisition of rental properties. Concurrently, Bill serves as an independent contractor with Biblical Ministries Worldwide, teaching Bible truths in various settings. Bill has held various IT roles, including Systems Analyst and Database Developer at organizations like the Commonwealth of Virginia and Capital One, where responsibilities included software testing, database development, and application support. Bill's career also includes leadership as Director at C&O Federal Credit Union, where strategic policy and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech.
