Maria Loufardaki

Maria Loufardaki is the current Head of People at BibliU. Maria has previously worked as the Head of HR at Kano Computing, the People Operations Manager at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), and as an HR Advisor at MADE.COM. Prior to their career in HR, Maria worked as an HR & Payroll Administrator at KidZania London.

Maria Loufardaki earned their Master of Science in International Human Resources Management from Henley Business School. Maria also holds a Prince2 certification in Project Management from Utrecht University and an Erasmus certification in Communication and Media from Eötvös Loránd University. Maria Loufardaki's Bachelor's degree is in Communication, Media and Culture (PR Advertising) from Panteion University of Social and Political Studies. Maria also holds certifications from the CIPD in Assoc CIPD and from the ILX Group in PRINCE2 FOUNDATION.
