Scott Snell is an experienced agronomist currently serving as a Study Leader at the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, where responsibilities include directing a plant materials-agronomic program focused on developing vegetative information for natural resource conservation in the Mid-Atlantic region. Scott is also a BibRave Pro, actively engaging in the running community through product testing and promotion of BibRave partnered events. Previous roles include Project Leader for the Native Plant Corps at the Student Conservation Association, where project management and invasive species control were emphasized, and Field Technician at Invasive Plant Control, implementing integrated pest management practices. Scott's foundational experience also includes instructing outdoor environmental education at the YMCA of Greater New York and working with the National Park Service on exotic plant control programs. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Ambrose University and a certificate from NJALDP.
