Cynthia Incze

Cynthia Incze is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial control and business management. Currently serving as the Financial Controller for Central East Europe at BIC since May 2019, Cynthia previously held the position of Business Controller at Michelin from March 2018 to May 2019 and worked as a Junior Auditor at EY from September 2016 to March 2018. Earlier roles include market researcher at Marketing Austria and internships in HR and project management. Cynthia holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București and an MBA from KU Leuven, along with ongoing ACCA studies.
