Hannah Roy

Hannah Roy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR administration, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at BIC, Hannah manages various HR functions including reporting, employee satisfaction, and organizational change management. Hannah also holds a position as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Facilitator at CultureAlly. Previous roles at Inkbox included Generalist in People and Culture, Programs Specialist, and People and Culture Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and educational workshops. Hannah began a career in people operations and event management at Juno College of Technology and has engaged in numerous supportive roles throughout tenure at Queen's University, underlining a commitment to fostering inclusive workplace practices and employee engagement. Hannah earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Geology from Queen's University.
