Jerry Speers

Jerry Speers has extensive experience in program management and leading PMO organizations. Jerry'smost recent role was as the Director of the Program Management Office at A. O. Smith Corporation, where they designed and established the IT PMO from scratch and developed the PMO vision and strategy. Prior to that, Jerry served as the PMO Manager and Agile Coach at Ally, where they managed project delivery and governance for the Enterprise Technology organization. Jerry also played a key role in driving the organizational Agile transformation. Before that, Jerry was the Sr North American PMO Manager at Adient Plc, where they were responsible for delivering projects and programs in various functions and driving the Agile transformation. Jerry has also held senior program management roles at TD and Citi, overseeing portfolios of projects and leading the execution of project management life cycles. Jerry's earlier experience includes serving as an IT Product Manager at the University of Michigan, where they managed support for research and health administration systems.

Jerry Speers obtained their MBA in Management from the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2003. Jerry also earned a BA in Human Resources Administration from Concordia University. In addition, they hold a certification in SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
