Joanna Kieryk is an experienced Demand Planning Manager currently leading the S&OP process for the CEE & DACH Cluster at BIC since January 2024, managing a team of seven Demand Planners and serving as the European S&OP Leader for the Shavers Category. Prior to Danone, Joanna held various positions at Kompania Piwowarska, where strategic forecasting and econometric modeling were key focus areas. Joanna's educational background includes a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems and a Postgraduate degree in Data Warehouses and Data Analysis in Business Applications from prestigious Polish institutions.
