Patricio Ureta Lyon

Patricio Ureta Lyon currently serves as the Managing Director at BICECORP since October 2022 and has been a member of the Advisory Board while also holding the position of President & CEO at Megacenter since September 2012. Previously, Patricio Ureta Lyon was the CEO of ALTA Developers from August 2011 to July 2014 and Country Manager for the USA at Inmobiliaria Aconcagua during the same timeframe. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Analysis and Corporate Controlling Manager at Salfacorp from June 2007 to May 2011, Project Manager at Pulte Homes for a year, and Operations Manager at LAN Airlines from May 2000 to November 2003. Patricio Ureta Lyon began the career at Salfacorp as Project Supervisor/Project Manager from September 1998 to April 2000. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a Real Estate Concentration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Civil Engineering degree in Construction Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
