Rafael de la Maza

Rafael de la Maza has extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as Gerente de Gobierno Corporativo y Finanzas at BICECORP since April 1998, while also holding the position of Gerente de Finanzas. Rafael is a Professor of Finance at Universidad del Desarrollo since March 2020 and previously taught at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 1998 to 2009. Prior experience includes working as Ingeniero de Planificación y Desarrollo at Banco BICE from April 1995 to March 1998. Rafael holds an Ingeniero Civil Industrial degree in Transporte from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with an MBA, a Diplomado en Gobierno Corporativo, and a degree in Reputación Corporativa, all from prestigious institutions.
