Andrii Drobenko

Andrii Drobenko has a work experience that spans over several years. Andrii started their career at ISSP in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Project Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for sales, technical pre-sales, project management, architecture, design, and implementation of information security systems in Ukraine, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. From 2015 to 2017, they also served as a Project Manager for Forcepoint (Websense) and McAfee projects. In 2017, Andrii joined BICS as a Security Operations Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Information Technology Security Architect in March 2020.

Andrii Drobenko completed their education with a Master's degree in Information protection in computer systems and networks from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Security Management from Lviv National Institute of Advanced Technologies and Management named after V. Chornovil between 2006 and 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Andrii Drobenko also holds several certifications. Andrii obtained the "McAfee Active Response MAR 201" and "McAfee Web Protection 201" certifications from McAfee in October 2017. In July 2017, they obtained the "Certified Forcepoint DLP Administrator" and "Certified Forcepoint Web Security Administrator" certifications from Forcepoint. Furthermore, in May 2017, they obtained the "Certified Sales Engineer: Network Data Loss Prevention" and in April 2017, they obtained the "Certified Sales Engineer: ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)" certifications from McAfee. Earlier, in December 2014, they obtained the "McAfee Technical Professional Data Protection" and "McAfee Technical Professional system security" certifications from Intel Security. In October 2014, they acquired the "Websense 7.8 DSS 101 Certification", "Websense v.7.8 ESGA 101 certification", and "Websense v7.8 WSGA 101 Certification" certifications from Raytheon|Websense. Andrii Drobenko also holds the "McAfee Technical Professional Web and Email Security Certification" from Intel Security, obtained in September 2014. In February 2014, they achieved the "Citrix Certified Associate apps and desktops" certification from Citrix. Andrii acquired the "Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional-CCNSP" certification from Cyberoam in January 2014. Andrii Drobenko holds the "Symantec Technical Specialist Endpoint Protection 12.1" certification from Symantec, earned in December 2013, as well as the "Symantec Technical Specialist Backup Exec 2012" certification from Symantec, achieved in June 2013. Lastly, they obtained the "Splunk fundamentals" certification from Splunk.
