Daniela Goce Mpa

Daniela Goce, MPA, has a diverse work experience history. In 2006, they worked as an English Teacher at Univers Network before transitioning to become a Part-time Lecturer of English Language at the University of Tirana in 2005. From 2008 to 2010, they taught English at the TOP Lingua Foreign Languages Centre, where they focused on improving students' communication and writing skills. In 2009, they joined Eagle Mobile sh.a. as a Roaming Specialist and later took on roles as a Roaming Expert and Roaming Supervisor. At Albtelecom & Eagle Mobile, they served as a Roaming Unit Manager from 2012 to 2018. Following this, they became the Interconnection and Roaming Team Manager at ALBtelecom Albania from 2018 to 2020. Daniela then joined IPKO Telecommunications in 2020 and held the positions of Wholesales Unit Manager and Head of Unit, Wholesales. Currently, Daniela is the Roaming Business Manager at BICS, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, they have gained valuable experience in translation, interpretation, team management, and telecommunications.

Daniela successfully completed their studies in 2005. Afterward, from 2008 to 2010, Daniela Goce pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Tirana, specializing in the field of Public Administration.
