Falguni Jesrani

Falguni Jesrani has over 18 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industry, with a focus on enterprise sales and digital transformation. Falguni currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Sales MEA at BICS since March 2022.

Prior to their current role, Falguni worked at Mindware from October 2017 to March 2022, where they held the positions of Business Unit Manager and Product Manager. In these roles, they managed product distribution and channel growth strategy for Juniper Networks and Sandvine portfolio, generating over $13 million in revenue. Falguni also led relationships with regional sales teams, monitored competition, and implemented marketing initiatives to retain market share.

From 2013 to 2016, Falguni worked at VISIONAIRE TECHNOLOGY GROUP as a Senior Manager, overseeing a turnkey ICT project for Rabdan Academy and managing business relationships for government, corporate, and education segments. Falguni also served as the Chief Program Manager, delivering an award-winning Green Data Center and executing ICT RFPs successfully.

Prior to that, Falguni was a Solution Architect and Product Manager at VISIONAIRE TECHNOLOGY GROUP, where they developed integrated solutions for customers using various vendors' products. Falguni worked on projects involving ICT infrastructure, security, server, storage, backup, virtualization, and audio visual technologies.

At Nokia, Falguni worked as a System Integration & QA Engineer, involved in network quality analysis and the implementation of 2G and 3G networks for DU Telecom. Falguni also contributed to the deployment of a pilot phase of the Digital Video Broadcast project for Etisalat.

Falguni started their career at IMTAC as a Project Engineer, where they achieved a 97% success rate in timely service desk ticket closures for tier 1 clients like UNICEF and Tawoos Group. Falguni was responsible for implementing LAN/WAN networks, managing data centers, and providing support for various clients in Oman. Falguni also worked on the Emirates Airlines T3 Data Center project during their time at IMTAC.

Throughout their career, Falguni has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully delivering projects, managing client relationships, and generating revenue.

Falguni Jesrani completed their education with a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cummins College of Engineering from 1999 to 2003. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Indian School Muscat from 1986 to 1999, where they pursued Computer Science as their field of study. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Professional Networking from LinkedIn in October 2021.
