Florencia Costa Ezcurra has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Florencia started their career in 1998 as an Analyst at Telefónica Comunicaciones Personales - UNIFON, where they were responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and solving technical problems related to the network and value-added services. Florencia also managed customer complaints and international roaming issues. Florencia then joined Telecom Personal S.A. in 2005 as a Technical Responsible, overseeing post-sales processes and special projects. Florencia later transitioned to the role of Senior Analyst, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary projects for the development of value-added services on a national and international level. In 2012, Florencia joined BICS as a Regional Technical Manager, where they currently hold the role.

Florencia Costa Ezcurra attended the Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Analista de Sistemas. Florencia specialized in the field of Administración de sistemas informáticos en red during their time there.
