H.k Nguyen Quan

H.K Nguyen Quan has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Project Engineer for Alcatel-Lucent, where they were involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of prepaid services for Proximus. They continued to work as an Intelligent Network Expert for Proximus in 2005, focusing on campaign management.

In 2006, H.K Nguyen Quan joined BASE as a Network Expert, where they were responsible for understanding and resolving component downtime issues. They also worked as a Project Lead for Securities at ING Bank Belgium, where they managed the development of an Oracle database and interfaces.

From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Operating Model Consultant for UPC Broadband, focusing on business operations. They then joined Huawei as an APRM Consultant, where they contributed to a CRM Transformation Program, designing and developing account planning and relationship management processes and tools.

In 2008, they returned to Accenture and worked as an Account Manager, CRM, and as a Manager C&HT, primarily focusing on sales activities and the reorganization of the C&HT sales force for Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg.

In 2010, H.K Nguyen Quan joined Alcatel-Lucent once again, this time as a Project Lead for Order Management, where they led the implementation of the Principal Operating Model for B2B customers in Australia and New Zealand.

In 2011, they joined VOO, holding roles such as E2E Architect OSS and Demand Manager OSS, where they were responsible for interfacing between the business and IT/tech departments, managing demands and projects related to the OSS space.

Their most recent position is at BICS, where they have held multiple roles since 2013. They started as an IT Enterprise Architect, progressing to become the Head of Mobility Solutions Architecture & Engineering, and currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for IoT Solutions.

Throughout their career, H.K Nguyen Quan has gained extensive experience in project management, business analysis, architecture, and engineering, with a focus on mobile data, IoT solutions, and OSS.

H.K Nguyen Quan attended Université libre de Bruxelles from an unknown start year to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree in Technology of Information (Telecom) with a major in Ingénieur Civil. In 2003, they attended Guidance - Microsoft Training for a year, focusing on Computer Sciences. Recently, in 2019, they enrolled in Vlerick Business School for a short period, where they pursued studies in Leadership essentials.
