Kym Asscher

Kym Asscher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2013, they interned at the Ministério da Justiça as an International Legal Cooperation Intern. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Arqdigital T.I as an Executive Trainee, where they provided financial records and reports and contributed to expanding the business into the Mercosur market. In 2017, they joined Câmara dos Deputados as a Parliamentary Diplomat, representing the Brazilian Parliament in international meetings and teaching courses on the Brazilian Business Environment. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at AIESEC, initially as the President of the Local Committee in Brazil, where they led profitable operations, increased strategic partners, and managed a team of managers. They then became the Country Manager for Business Strategy in Spain and Portugal, implementing a focused differentiation strategy and improving revenue. From 2022 onwards, they joined BICS as the Manager of Business Strategy and later transitioned to the role of Manager of Cloud Communications Business. BICS is a company that enables global connectivity and optimizes performance across all geographies.

Kym Asscher completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics at Universidade de Brasília from 2013 to 2014. From 2012 to 2016, Kym achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Relations and Business at UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Kym pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business at Mount Royal University. Lastly, from 2017 to 2022, Kym attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology Business Management.
