Nithya Seetharaman

Nithya Seetharaman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nithya started their career at Tech Mahindra in 2005 as a Software Engineer, where they worked as a developer, module lead, and test analyst for Nissan North America. Nithya also served as an On-Site Coordinator, monitoring the offshore team and gathering client requirements. Nithya then became a Lead Mentor, mentoring a team of six and solving system issues while imparting knowledge on specific processing procedures.

In 2010, Nithya joined BICS as a Test Manager/Test Analyst, working for Belgacom International Carrier Services. Nithya'sresponsibilities included test planning, management, and strategy development, as well as resource allocation and test scenario creation. Nithya also gained experience in Test-driven Development, AGILE, and waterfall methodologies.

Later, at BICS, Nithya became a Senior Test Engineer responsible for building and supporting testing for major roadmaps as the Test Manager. Nithya mentored and guided the team towards efficient testing technology implementations and implemented functional and non-functional test services. Nithya eventually transitioned to the role of Program Manager at BICS, steering multiple projects and managing their end-to-end implementation, including scope, benefits, effort, and resource management.

Throughout their career, Nithya has displayed a strong focus on project management, testing, and leadership, contributing to the success of various organizations.

Nithya Seetharaman completed their education in a chronological order. Nithya first attended Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their Higher Secondary degree with a focus on Computer/Maths/Physics/Chemistry. Nithya then went on to study at Sathyabama University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Science. Following that, they attended Alagappa University from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Nithya Seetharaman has acquired several certifications. These include "Agile Project Leadership" and "Introducing the PMBOK® Guide—Seventh Edition" from LinkedIn, obtained in December 2021, as well as "Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master," "Managing Change on an Agile Project," "Stay Lean with Kanban," "What Is Disciplined Agile?," "Becoming an Agile Coach," and "Leaders: Make Your Teams More Agile, Creative, and United," also from LinkedIn, obtained throughout 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the "ISTQB Foundation Level" certification from ISTEB - ISTQB in May 2013.
