Yousef Rajab

Yousef Rajab is an accomplished service delivery manager with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently employed at BICS since November 2015. In this role, Yousef has contributed to the implementation of customer interconnection projects and provided support for complex service engineering activities, particularly in IPX Transport, IP Signalling, and GRX services. Previously, Yousef held positions as a first line service engineer, focusing on proactive network monitoring and KPI analysis, and served as a core operation and maintenance engineer at MTN Syria, specializing in Nokia Siemens and Siemens CS Core Network Nodes. Yousef holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Aleppo University, completed in 2009.
