Kelly J. Clark, MD, MBA, DFAPA, DFASAM, has focused her career on issues of addictive disease, evidence-informed behavioral healthcare, and payment reform. She works broadly to engage stakeholders in transforming addiction care into evidence-based, cost-effective practice. She serves as Immediate Past President of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), on the Steering Committee of the National Academy of Medicine’s Action Collaborative on the US Opioid Epidemic, and on the Milken Institute Center for Public Health Advisory Group.

Kelly has experience in early and late-stage companies; negotiating performance-based and bundled payments as both a provider and a payer, and building and refining the quality and policy documents upon which current addiction practice is based. Having been Chief Medical Officer for two multi-state medical groups delivering addiction treatment, Kelly provides clinical, payment, and policy insights to the Bicycle Health team.
