Steve Tomlin

Steve Tomlin serves as the Senior VP of Business Development at Bicycle Health since July 2025, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the criminal justice sector and enhancing Reentry programming with a tech-forward behavioral health approach. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Chief Strategic Innovations Officer at YesCare from May 2022 to July 2025, where efforts were directed towards increasing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) client capacity and leading strategic initiatives in MAT and Reentry programs. Steve also served as the Senior Vice President of MAT and Reentry, overseeing company-wide initiatives in behavioral health and community partnerships. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President of Business Development at Corizon Health and President & Chief Executive Officer at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, where leadership was provided for evidence-based practices for at-risk youth. Steve's educational background includes a Master of Health Science degree in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from Lincoln University.
